UKE.FUTURE is a pan-European platform that unites Ukrainian youth living in Europe after the
full-scale invasion and helps them move from the status of forced displacement to active integration
and self-realization within the EU.

Mission and Philosophy of the Platform
The mission of UKE.FUTURE is to build a creative, resilient, and educated Ukrainian youth
community in Europe that is capable of developing businesses, creating brands, shaping the
information space, using AI and digital technologies responsibly, and serving as a transmitter of
European values to younger generations. The platform aims to cultivate a new generation of youth
ambassadors — bloggers, creators, designers, digital specialists, entrepreneurs, and students who
can become role models for children and teenagers.
UKE.FUTURE is based on the idea of a “new generation youth diaspora” — a community where
Ukrainian youth do not merely adapt to life in the EU but become active participants in Europe’s
cultural, economic, and civic landscape. Its key principles are openness, tolerance, democracy,
digital literacy, responsibility, mutual support, and development through community.

Head of the UKE.Future Initiative Group
I am a youth leader, activist, and representative of European youth initiatives. For more than seven years, I have been working at the intersection of analytics, management, and civic engagement, combining professional experience with supporting young people and local communities. I am a graduate of the Faculty of Economics at Vasyl Stus Donetsk National University and currently a master’s student in Management and Business Law at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Alongside my studies, I work as a manager at the international financial company Franklin Templeton Investments and conduct research in crisis management at the Poznań University of Economics. In Poznań, I am also active as a volunteer and event organizer at the Center for Local Initiatives, where I support youth, women, and the Ukrainian community. In my work and projects, I strive to foster democratic participation, strengthen communities, and promote the European values of solidarity, openness, and mutual support.
